You’ll see the Salton Sea and the northern reaches of the Anza Borrego Desert from a unique vantage point seen only by the fortunate few. Turning northwest, we fly along the ridge climbing steadily to 9,000 feet over the pine-covered top of Toro Peak opening a spectacular 360-degree vista encompassing Anza Borrego, Palomar Mountain, Anza, San Jacinto Mountain, Palm Springs, the entire Coachella Valley, and the Salton Sea. Wow! After taking in the view from Toro Peak, we shut down the motor and enjoy a leisurely glide back to the valley below. (1 passenger)
